I am unable to get my certificate even though I completed and purchased the course. What should I do?
Please make sure you are using the exact details you provided when purchasing the course. We have strict verification policies to ensure that only the rightful buyer can access the certificate.
If you have forgotten your purchase details, don’t worry — we sent you an email with your credentials when you purchased the course. Use those details to fill out the certificate request form.
